Ep.6 The journey or destination, which is more important?
Show Notes

In this episode Lucie asks the question 'Which is more important, the journey or the destination?' She talks about why the journey to the destination is so important to acknowledge and embrace, and how being immersed in the now, fully present on your journey, can enhance your life.  She shares some of her experiences including her trip to the Scottish Highlands with her son and the lessons it taught her. She also speaks about why musicians and creatives often focus on the destination rather than the journey. She encourages the listener to embrace  life rather than pushing it away as she believes great opportunities and possibilities can appear if you are open to seeing them.
